Diverse range of materials
3D metal printing uses various metal alloys such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, nickel alloys and more to meet diverse material requirements.
Additive manufacturing for complex housings
AM engine block for racing
Discover how Robert Hofmann redefined the limits of tool-free additive manufacturing! With an initial situation that required complex requirements and an accuracy of 0.02mm, we were faced with the challenge of ensuring media tightness and dimensional accuracy.
Our solution was an optimized product design based on the CAD design provided by the customer, which enabled precise manufacturing using metal 3D printing. The result was a weight reduction of at least 10% compared to conventional production and a 100% increase in stiffness in certain areas.
