Masterful prototype production
Realization of an aircraft fuselage model on a scale of 1:1
The challenge was to design and produce a 1:1 scale model of an airplane fuselage in a modular design. The requirements were enormous: not only did the model have to be able to be assembled and disassembled several times, it also had to be suitable for worldwide transportation by plane, ship and truck.
Our engineers were faced with a tight schedule, limited design information and a comprehensive project scope. We started from scratch and only had the design surfaces of the aircraft skin as a starting point.

Revolutionizing lightweight components and prototypes
In an impressive eight-month project period, we not only succeeded in producing the product on time, but also in developing an efficient transportation system. We created a comprehensive manual with operating instructions, assembly instructions and transport documentation. The project was completed on time and successfully presented at the China Zhuhai Airshow in November 2018.
